As we prepare for another moving graduation ceremony at The Norman Howard School, we pause to celebrate the achievements of students and to honor the families who have been with them every step of the way. Graduation is more than a ceremony—it’s a milestone forged through hard work, resilience, and community support. For students who joined us in middle school or high school, every step they took brought them closer to discovering their potential. And now, with commencement fast approaching, we proudly look ahead to the futures they will create.

A Lasting Legacy: Commencement Circle

To honor the journey of our Class of 2025 and to support the next generation of learners, we invite families, friends, and alumni to join The Norman Howard School Commencement Circle—a meaningful way to celebrate graduates while investing in the future of our school.

What is the Commencement Circle?

It’s a special opportunity to pledge your support in honor of a 2025 graduate, and help open doors for new students to follow in their footsteps.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Make a pledge in any amount for 8 years—one for each grade level served by our school.

  2. Direct your gift to a program that holds special meaning for you—whether it’s outdoor education, scholarships, MakerPlace, Drama Club, or more.

  3. Amplify your impact with the Generation A+ Campaign: Every dollar you donate will be matched by $1.50 thanks to the generosity of The Sands Family Foundation.

  4. Receive special recognition in the 2025 Graduation Program and an invitation to an exclusive reception in the future.

Your Commencement Circle pledge ensures that this legacy continues—nurturing creativity, curiosity, and confidence in students for years to come.
