Below, please find the supply list and forms for the 2019-20 School Year. Please download/print, complete, and return the Forms document required for your child's grade. Forms can be mailed to 275 Pinnacle Road Rochester, NY 14623 or dropped of in the Main Office on or before the first day of classes.
