Safa Hamze

Safa Hamze spent his early years growing up in Tripoli Lebanon and his formative years living in Eastern North Carolina. After attending NCSU, Safa used his education degree to work in a variety of schools and communities. For the past 15 years, Safa has been an Artisan Baker and instructor. His journey now brings him to Western NY to raise his young family with his wife Justine and children: Zoe, Owen and his dog Matty.
