Norman Howard is special because of its small, caring community. The personal attention students receive from teachers enables them to obtain an education suited to their individual needs. 

Before beginning in 2016 at The Norman Howard School, Mrs. Ambrose taught at Pittsford United Nursery School and spent time in a combined 5th/6th grade special education class in RCSD School #12. Prior to teaching, she worked in business for many years.

Outside of school she can usually be found at one of her sons' sporting events or other activities; her personal interests include photography, reading, tennis and water sports.
